摘  要:研究黄酒多糖对免疫缺陷小鼠血清免疫因子的影响。选择健康昆明小鼠,适应性喂养4 d后,分成5组:空白组、环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,CY)模型组、CY+黄酒多糖(低、中、高剂量)组,每组10只。黄酒多糖按高、中、低3个剂量(50、100、200 mg/(kg·d),均以体质量计)给小鼠灌胃,1次/d,连续给药14 d,空白组和CY模型组给予生理盐水。第19天除空白组,其余4组腹腔注射环磷酰胺,连续4 d。处死小鼠,眼眶取血,测定血清中白细胞介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、免疫球蛋白(Ig A、Ig M、Ig G)、补体(C3、C4)水平。结果表明,与CY组相比,黄酒多糖能提高IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α、免疫球蛋白(Ig A、Ig M、Ig G)和补体(C3、C4)水平,并且随着低中高剂量效果依次增加。由此说明,黄酒多糖能提高免疫缺陷小鼠的免疫功能。The objective of the present work was to study the effects of polysaccharides from Chinese rice wine on immunityrelated cytokines i n immunodefi cient mice induced by cyclophosphamide(CY).After fi fty mice were fed adaptively for four days,they were divided into five groups:blank control,cyclophosphamide,cyclophosphamide + polysaccharides from Chinese rice wine(50,100 and 200 mg/(kg·d)).The mice in CRWP + CY(50,100 and 200 mg/(kg·d)) groups were administered with polysaccharides from Chinese rice wine by gavage once a day for 14 days,and the mice from the blank control group and CY grou p were fed with the same volu me of physical saline.Then,the mice in CY group and CRWP + CY group were injected intraperitoneally with CY(100 mg/(kg·d)) once a day for 4 days.On the 22 th day,the mice we re executed and the blood was collected from the retro-orbital plexus and centrifuged for analysis.Interleukin 6,interferon-γ tumor necrosis factor-α,immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin M,immunoglobulin G and complement C3,complement C4 in mouse serum were measured by ELISA.Compared with the controls,interleukin 6,interferon-γ,tumor necrosis factor-α,immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin M,immunoglobulin G and complement C3,complement C4 in mouse serum were increased.The level of interferon-γ in CRWP + CY(200 mg/(kg·d)) g roup was signifi cantly higher than that in the blank control group.These results indicate that polysaccharides from Chinese rice wine can enhance immune function in immunodefi cient mice especially at higher dose.
