摘 要:目的:研究修订喜树果质量标准。方法:对喜树果药材的质量控制方法进行研究,包括性状、显微、薄层色谱定性鉴别、水分、总灰分和浸出物检测以及主要活性成分的含量测定。结果:该药材TLC分离效果好,斑点集中清晰,重复性好;水分含量为4.10%~13.04%;总灰分含量为5.52%~6.75%;浸出物含量为23.34%~33.88%。方法学考察结果表明,10-羟基喜树碱和喜树碱分别在0.2088~4.176μg/mL(R^2=0.999)、0.5565~11.13μg/mL(R^2=0.999)线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.8%(RSD=1.64%,n=6)和99.4%(RSD=1.16%,n=6)。结论:该方法精密度、稳定性、重复性、耐用性实验结果均较好,可用于喜树果的质量控制。Objective: Study and revise the quality standards of Camptotheca acuminata Decne fruits. Method: Methods of quality control of Camptotheca acuminata fruit were studied, including properties, microscopic, TLC qualitative identification, moisture, total ash and leaching, and the determination of the main active components. Results: The TLC method of the medicinal herbs has good separation effect, clear spot concentration and good repeatability. The moisture content were 4.1% ~ 13.04%, the total ash content were 5.52% ~ 6.75%; The leaching content were 23.34% ~ 33.88%. The results of methodological study showed that 10-hydroxy-camptothecin and camptothecin were respectively in concentration. 0.2088 ~ 4.176 μg/mL(R^2=0.999), 0.5565 ~ 11.13 μg/mL(R^2=0.999) have a good linear relationship, and the average sample recovery rate is 97.8%(RSD=1.64%,n=6) and 99.4%(RSD=1.16%,n=6). Conclusions: The precision, stability, repeatability and durability of the method are good, which can be used in the quality control of Camptotheca acuminata.
