摘　　要：随着移动电话和IP电话的发展,传统的固话市场不断受到冲击,语音业务市场格局和竞争状况都有很大的变化。未来的网络将是基于IP技术的融合网络,数据、语音、多媒体等业务的融合既是语音业务发展的挑战也是其发展的机遇。The traditional fixed network market is facing an increasingly severe test with the development of mobile communications and IP services. The market setup and mutual competition of voice service change a lot. As we all know, NGN will be an integrated one based on IP technology. Therefore, the integration of data, voice, multimedia and other types of service will be not only a critical challenge, but an opportunity provided for voice services.
