摘　　要：阐述渔船、商船各自特点及海上商船不能及时发现渔船、渔具的几种可能性 ,提出商船安全避让渔船的思路。This paper expounds the features of both fishing vessel and merchant ship and some possibilities that merchant ship can't discover fishing vessel and fishing tackle in time at sea. The concept of how merchant ship can avoid fishing vessel safely is presented.
