摘  要:对高温过热器出口段加装壁温测量在线检测系统和烟气温度的测点,确定锅炉在启动、220MW、300MW及运行工况改变时过热器出口管壁温度的变化情况,通过试验和分析计算,找出过热器超温爆管的原因,提出解决问题的办法。An extra temperature supervisory system was installed at the high temperature superheater's outlet and a number of gas temperature measuring locations were fixed as well. Then, after having taken down the superheater outlet wall's temperature variations during startup, at 220MW, 300MW and under operating conditions, the cause of overheatexplosion was revealed by additional analytical calculation. The paper presents suggestions for solving the problem.
