摘　　要：叙述了高频焊管生产前的准备工作和轧辊安装方法 ,以及在生产中的一些常见故障 ,并对故障原因进行了简要分析 ,提出了解决问题的具体方法 。It states the roller installation method and preparation before hi-frequency longitudinal seam welded pipe production,and some common production trouble;furthermore it also roughly analyzes the trouble causes,raises the detailed methods to solve the trouble.This plays the directive role for the operators of welded pipe mill.
