缸套凸肩处产生裂纹的分析与改进

摘　　要：对缸套凸肩处的受力进行分析和强度验算,确证因缸套紫铜垫圈内径与缸套外壁配合尺寸不合理引起凸肩处产生裂纹,通过改进缸套紫铜垫圈,可解决产生裂纹的问题。For a certain ship, the authors analyze the loading at the shoulder of the cylinder liner and the structural strength. It is concluded that the crack is initiated by the inner diameter of the copper sealing washer not matching with the outside wall dimensions. The problem could be resolved by ameliorating the copper sealing washer of the liner.
