摘　　要：分析了金融机构全能化经营对金融效率和金融风险的影响,指出金融机构的全能化经营存在效率方面的优势,并提出实施全能化经营的先决条件。This article analyses the financial efficiency and the financial risk of the universal management of finance institution, and points out that the universal management can enhance the efficiency and some risk would reduce. But to practice the universal management has three precondition.
