摘　　要：90 0A钢是国际铁路联盟制订可用于生产高速铁路用轨的重轨钢种。主要技术难度指标包括 :w(T .Al)≤ 0 .0 0 5 %、w(T .O)≤ 2 0× 10 -6,抗拉强度范围 880～ 10 30MPa、硬度 (HB)≥ 2 70。通过模拟生产研究 ,制定了 90 0A钢生产技术工艺及各工序操作要点 ,使生产的UIC5 4钢轨各项技术指标满足合同要求。A is a steel grade that can be used to make high speed rail according to EN (International Rail Union).The main technical specification of the steel includes w(TAL)≤ 0.005 %,w(T.O)≤20×10 -6,δ 6 880～ 1 030 MPa and hardness (HB) ≥270.Through repeated research and simulation the technological process and operating practice have been determined for refining 900A steel grade and as the results the UIC 54 rails produced according to the established process are all in conformity to the technical specification specified in the contract and they are scheduled to export to Indonesia.
