摘 要:各钢厂转炉炼钢生产流程差别很大。针对几种较简单的模式 ,生产调度计算机系统可用确定数学模型来解决问题 ,给出了这些模型的公式 :由现有的简单模型解决方法可扩展到较为复杂的情况 ,给出了几种此类实例。人工智能寻优也可用来解决调度生产问题。同时探讨了确定模型和寻优算法的局限性和几种改进方向。The flow routes of converter steelmaking are extremely diversified for different steelmaking Plants. The decided math model can be uesd to solve the problem of the computer system for steelmaking scheduling in several simple mode and the formula of those mode are given here as well; those math methods for the simple models can be extended to more complicate system as shown here in certain examples. Optimization by artificial inteligence is another way which can be taken to tackle the problems in production scheduling. In the meanwhile the limitations of the decided math models and math methods for optimization as well as several alternatives to improve them are also dealt with.
