摘  要:针对湛江发电厂循环水泵的泵轴、轴头和导叶体腐蚀较严重的情况,从理论上较详细地分析了出现腐蚀现象的原因,认为电屏蔽和保护电流不足使外加电流阴极保护系统起不到保护作用、相邻部件因材质不同而出现电偶腐蚀、海水及夹带泥砂引起的冲刷腐蚀等因素是造成泵轴、轴头和导叶体腐蚀较严重的主要原因,同时介绍了湛江发电厂所采取的相应的腐蚀防护综合治理办法。In view of the seriously corroded axis,gudgeon and guidevane system of the circulatingwater pumps in Zhanjiang Power Plant,a detailed analysis is theoretically made,with the conclusion that the serious corrosion is mainly caused by the failure of the applied current cathode protective system to cover the pump axis due to electric shield,electric couple corrosion owing to different materials of adjacent parts,and erosion by seawater and carried sand,etc.Meanwhile,the overall corrosion prevention ameliorations by the plant are descried.
