摘 要:云浮发电厂1号发电机出口开关控制回路出现一种特殊的故障现象,自动准同期合闸有时失败且合闸失败时在某些继电器接点上产生强烈的电弧。为此,对故障原因进行了分析,根据设计原理和逻辑分析,通过模拟试验和电压录波测量,查找出故障原因是计算机分散控制系统(DCS)逻辑设置不合理,造成DCS与传统的电气控制回路不配合。最后提出了整改措施:加装防跳继电器增强断路器的防跳跃功能,在DCS手动跳闸逻辑出口中引入发电机同期开关退出的条件。The control circuit of Unit 1 generator circuit breaker in Yunfu Power Plant hit a peculiar kind of fault;the automatic quasisynchronization closing failed sometimes and intense arc took place on the contacts of some relays during the failure.To analyze the cause of the fault,simulation tests and voltage waveform measurement are conducted based on the design principles and logic analysis.It is concluded that the fault was caused by the irrationally configurated control logic of the distributed control system (DCS),which led to poor coordination between DCS and the conventional electric control circuit.A solution is finally presented that an antipumping relay be added to strengthen the antipumping function of the breaker,and the disengaging condition of generator synchronous switch be introduced to the handtrip logic of DCS.
