摘 要:研究了一种使用悬浮液进样原子荧光光谱法测定海洋沉积物中痕量砷的快速简便的方法。控制悬浮液的颗粒粒径在160目(d≤0 088mm),用磁力搅拌器搅拌以保证悬浮液分散、均匀、稳定,试验了悬浮液的粒度、介质、酸度、悬浮液浓度等因素的影响,采用水溶液标准曲线直接进行校准。该方法的检出限为0.025μg·g-1,加标回收率为85.6%~109.0%,RSD为2.19%。用标准物质对方法进行考核,结果满意。The HGAFS method is applied to the determination of arsenic in marine sediments. The technique of suspensionsampling is adopted in this method. The dried sample (0.0500 to 0.5000g) is pulverized in an agate mortar into fine powder to pass through 160# sieve with bore diameter of 0.088mm. The finely powdered sample is homogeneously suspended in 50ml of solution, containing 5ml of HCl(1+1) and an appropriate amount of thiourea and ascorbic acid, by vigorous stirring with an electromagnetic stirrer. The optimum conditions (the grainity of the sample powder, the acidity and medium of the suspending solution, and the concentration of the sample powder in suspension) are studied in detail. The method of standard calibration curve is adopted in this method. The detection limit (3S/k) of this method is 0.025μg·g-1 (n=12). Linearity between the fluorescence intensity and concentration of arsenic holds in the range of 2.0~20.0ng·ml-1. RSD (n=6) is found to be 2.19% and recoveries obtained by standard addition method are in the range of 85.6%~109.0%. The results obtained in the analysis of some SRM′s by this method are in conformity with the certified values.
