摘　　要：介绍基于SIMATICS7 200PLC的自耗电极电弧炉电极升降控制系统的主要硬件配置、工作原理、软件编程,并给出了主程序和中断程序方框图。系统实现了从手动到自动的无扰切换功能。现场数据表明,该系统控制效果良好,操作简单,维护方便,具有一定先进性,值得推广。The main hardware configuration, running principle and software programming of the electric pole hoist control system of self-consumption electric pole arc furnace based on SIMATIC S7200 PLC are introduced. And the block diagrams of main program and interrupt program are given. The function of nondisturbance shifting from manual mode to automatic mode is realized in the system. The measured data indicates that the system has good control effectiveness, simple to operate and convenient to maintain. And the system has certain advantages and deserves to be popularized.
