摘　　要：　介绍了上海汽轮机有限公司自行开发的生产路线表软件的前期工作、结构、功能和效果分析。该软件使路线表数据全公司共享,加快了技术准备周期。This paper describes the structures, functions, analysis of effects and early stage work done for 'production line control table' software, which is developed by Shanghai Turbine Company Ltd. on its own. This software enables whole company sharing the 'production line control table' data, thus the technical preparation period is shortened.
