摘 要:通过将轻烧镁粉和脱硅锆按不同配比混合、压坯 ,经 1 80 0℃高温烧成、预合成出ZrO2含量为 2 %、 3 2 %、 5 4%的镁锆砂。然后利用预合成的镁锆砂 ,制成ZrO2 均匀分布、集中分布在颗粒中和集中分布在细粉中三种ZrO2 含量为 2 %的试样 ,经 1 80 0℃高温烧成后 ,通过其对C/S =2 3 2的AOD炉渣的抗侵蚀性的研究 ,得出了预合成镁锆砖中ZrO2The presynthetic MgO ZrO 2 sand,which the contents of ZrO 2 were 2%,3 2% and 5\^4% respectively,was obtained through combination according to the different proportioning of soft burnt magnesia powder and silica removed zirconium,pressed shape and sintering at the higher temperature of 1800℃.Three samples made by this kind of sand with the ZrO 2 content of 2%,have the characteristics that ZrO 2 was distributed in the sample equably,distributed in the granules densely and distributed in the fine power densely.After being fired at the higher temperature of 1800℃,its corrosion resistance to c/s=2\^32 AOD slag was studied and the results show that the presynthetic MgO ZrO 2 brick with the ZrO 2 distributed in the matrix have the best slag penetration resistance.
