摘 要:制备了三聚氰酰胺修饰电极,用于测定维生素BI(V_(B1))。在pH7.4的B-R缓冲溶液中,V_(B1)在三聚氰酰胺修饰电极上产生一灵敏的还原峰,峰电流与VB1的浓度在6×10^(-6)1×10^(-3)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测下线为2.1×10^(-6)mol/L。V_(B6),V_(B2)对V_(B1)测定无干扰。电极的重现性良好,用于测定实际样品,得到满意的效果。A polymer film of melamine at a glassy carbon electrode was obtained by electrochemical method. In Britton - Robinson(B - R) buffer (pH 7.4) solution, no reduction of vita-mine B1 on the bare GC electrode when the potential was cycled between - 0. 8 V and 0. 0 V. For the polymer film of melamine electrode, however, cyclic voltammograph of the film electrode exhibited a stable reduction peak at -655 mV in buffer solution containing vitamine Bl. These results indicated that the melamine polymer modified electrode can catalyze the electrochemical reduction of vitamine B1(VB1) . The method showed good linearly for 6×10-6 - 1.0×10-3 mol/L VB1. The detection limit was 2. 1 × 10-6 mol/L. VB6 and VB2 did not interfere the determination of VB1. The performance of the electrode was verified by the determination of VB1 in a tablet and injection preparation. The results obtained by the amperometric method are in reasonable agreement with those given by conventional method.
