摘　　要：《司马法》是中国古代经典兵学著作,是中国最古老的兵书之一,在《司马法》中,如何治理军队的思想贯穿始终,它根据治军与治国不同的特点,提出了比较系统的治军理论及其方法措施,其中不少论述符合军队建设与管理训练的一般规律,具有一定的军事学术价值,至今仍有重要借鉴作用。The Marshal's Art of War, ancient military classic of China, was one of the oldest military books. The major concern of this book was the thought and methods of army management. It provided with systematic theory and measures about army construction according to the difference between controlling army and ruling state, among which many complied with the common rules of army management, and was worth learning with its military academic value.
