摘　　要：中国历代将帅在长期的军事实践中积累了丰富的治军经验,提出"明耻教战"的练心目标,主张以礼义教化军队;严明军纪,信赏明罚,注重先赏后罚、先爱后威;强调"以战为本",高度重视军事训练;将士辑和,正确处理官兵关系,做到和军谐众、精诚团结。The marshals of various dynasties of China accumulated rich experiences in leading and managing army, put forward 'training soldiers to know what is shameful and therefore fight bravely on the battlefield', and advocated instructing troops with rites and righteousness. They carried out strict disciplines rewarding soldiers before punishment, loving them before being harsh. They emphasized 'battle oriented' and military training, properly dealing with the relationship between officials and soldiers, and attached importance to their harmony and solidarity.
