摘　　要：中国政府发表的《中国的军事战略》白皮书,是首部专门阐述中国军事战略的白皮书。本文从《孙子兵法》角度解读新版国防白皮书,通过对慎战、备战、止战传统战略文化论述,引领读者深刻认识中国军事战略的历史传承性、政策指导性、现实针对性和战略前瞻性,看到中国军队前所未有的开放、透明和自信,牢固树立军事战略服从服务于国家战略的观念,进一步增强坚持积极防御战略思想、构建中国特色现代军事力量体系、营造国家和平发展的安全环境、与时俱进做好军事斗争准备的信心。The white paper on China's military strategy issued by the Chinese government is the first white paper expounding on China's military strategy. From the angle of Sun Zi's art of war, this article interprets the new edition of national defense white paper. By reviewing the traditional strategic culture of being cautious in war, being prepared against war and ending in war, this article directs the readers to have a deep understanding of the historical inheritance, policy guidance, actual point and strategic prospective of China's military strategy, see the unprecedented opening, transparency and confidence of the Chinese army, firmly establish the idea that the military strategy should follow and serve the national strategy, and further reinforce the confidence of adhering to the defensive strategy thought, constructing a modern military force system with China's special characteristics, creating a safe environment for peaceful development of the country, advancing with the times and preparing for military fights.
