摘　　要：在普通固定电话机上加装89C51单片机系统,实现IP长途电话自动拨号功能。This paper introduces an equipment which is used to detect and control the power Factor of electric power system. This equipment has great meaning and practicability and generalizing value in improving efficiency of electric power equipment.
