摘　　要：文章阐述了通过现代计算机网络,开发基于8位MCU的<税控发票/收款 报税机>的小型“嵌入式WEB服务器”,开发基于Internet及Intranet的网络系统管理软件,通过网络实现远程数据采集,数据交换和远程控制管理,及其报税机的远程监视、控制、诊断、测试、配置和远程电子交收费。实现发票/收款 报税网络智能化。文章侧重介绍了嵌入式自应答WEB服务器的技术方案、技术难点、研究策略、设计原则、体系结构、实现原理和实施实例。The article illustrates the development of small - sized embedded WEB based on 8 MCUs and of network system management software based on Internet and Intranet through modern computer network. And it discusses the implementation of distance data accumulation, data exchange and distance controlling management and distance supervision, control,diagnosis, testing, arrangement of taxes reporting machine and distance electric fee delivery. Furthermore, it puts emphasis on the technologic programmes,difficulty points,researching stragtegies,design principles,systematic constructions, implementing principles and examples of WEB.
