摘　　要：中国电信已历经三次变革,每次变革都不可避免地给员工心态带来了冲击。每个阶段的员工心态均呈现不同的特征。把握和利用好员工的心态特征关系到变革的顺利与否乃至成败。China Telecom has undergone three transformations,and each inevitably brings shock to the staff's mentality.The mentality in each stage appears different characteristics.So,to grasp and make a good use of the characteristics has an important bearing on the smoothness or success of transformation.
