摘　　要：城市公共交通系统有快速和慢速之分,2者相辅相成,缺一不可.本文根据小型电动汽车的特点,提出了一种采用小型电动汽车作为交通工具的慢速公共交通系统,并对其运营方式及带来的社会效益作了论述.Urban public traffic system consists of fast systemand slow system, such two indispensable parts aresupplement to each other. According to the features of smallelectric vehicle, this paper presents a slow public trafficsystem using small electric vehicles. The method ofapplication and social benefit are mentioned as well.
