隧道亮色阻燃铺装涂料的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：隧道空间封闭狭窄,路面铺装直接关系到行车安全,研究一种能应用于隧道路面的铺装涂料具有非常重要的现实意义。以环氧树脂和固化剂为基料,添加阻燃填料、颜料和助剂等制备出隧道亮色阻燃铺装涂料,并对其亮色性能、极限氧指数、力学性能、SEM微观结构等进行研究分析。Combined with the epoxy resin and curing agent as the binder, this paper added flame retardant filler, pigment and auxiliaries etc. to prepare the tunnel bright flame retardant pavement coating. It also studied and analyzed its bright color performance, limiting oxygen index, mechanical properties, SEM microstructure and so on.
