摘　　要：论述了石膏旋流器在石灰石-石膏湿法 FGD 工艺系统中的重要地位及作用。针对石膏浆液混合物的特点,分析了固液两相物料平衡关系,介绍了旋流器的主要物理参数及特性曲线。在此基础上,首次提出石膏旋流器的选型原则,并引用相关经验公式提出选型计算方法。此外,探讨了选型过程中一些具有代表性的问题,对工程实践有一定的指导意义。Gypsum hydro-cyclone is very important for the wet FGD process.The little particles in the overflow and underflow are not so welcome for both the Absorber and the Belt filter.One of the most important factors to val- ue the cyclone performance is the Cut Point.It is infected mainly by the pressure drop,the cyclone diameter and the gravity of solids and liquid of slurry.The performance and main parameters of gypsum hydro - cyclone are intro- duced in the paper.The principal and method for device calculation and selection are offered based on some experi- ential expressions.The typical problems in selection process are discussed,which has directorial significance.
