摘　　要：在A186型梳棉机后罩板处加装了一组特殊吸风装置,用常规方法和AFis法分别对所生产的生条进行检测,结果表明,加装该装置后生条中短绒数量有所减少,通过对特殊吸风装置吸走废物分析证实,废物中短绒占80%左右,生条中杂质数量比单独加固定盖板也有所减少(在去掉刺辊吸风的条件下),但该装置对棉结去除无正面影响。Installation of special suction system on the back cover for carding machines showed that short fibers in the unprocessed sliver are reduced.Analysis of the dust blown out from the suction system shows that short fibers account for 80% of the dust or more.Impurities in the unprocessed sliver are reduced compared with the dead top.However,the installation has no active effectiveness in removing cotton neps in case of removing the suction system of the taker-in rollers.
