胶辊磨床砂轮不平衡值对成纱条干CV值的影响初探

摘　　要：针对目前宽叠合砂轮磨胶辊机在生产过程中存在的磨床振动难题,采用PY 2000B型磨床专用动平衡仪进行精细校正,使磨床振动得到根本解决;通过对比试验,说明磨床砂轮不平衡值与成纱条干存在一定的线性关系,指出要获得好的条干CV值,磨床砂轮不平衡值应控制在0.1g～1.0g范围内,超出1.0g将造成成纱条干严重恶化;因此,应定期对磨床进行校正,使磨床砂轮不平衡值处于最佳值;同时,对磨床砂轮不平衡与胶辊运转绕花、胶辊表面Ra值、绒辊花的关系进行了分析探讨。Vibration of grinding machines is most reduced using special dynamic balancing apparatus PY-2000B for fine calibration on account of vibration of grinding machines with wide overlap in process of production.By comparison test,conclusion is made that there is certain linearity relation between the imbalance value of grinding wheels and the CV value.It is recommended that the imbalance value of grinding wheels be kept within 0.1g-1.0g for better CV value,otherwise,the CV value will be much spoiled in case of the imbalance value exceeding 1.0g.It put forth that regular calibration is required for the grinding machine for better the imbalance value.Lastly,the relationship is approached into between the imbalance of the grinding wheels and the entangling of cots and surface value Ra and fuzzy roller.
