摘　　要：试验研究了不同沼肥施用量与蔬菜硝酸盐含量的关系,探索了使用沼肥控制蔬菜中硝酸盐含量的可行性,分析了不同追肥方式、栽培方式等因素对蔬菜硝酸盐含量的影响,为沼肥在优质无公害蔬菜生产中的应用提供了理论依据。This paper studies the relationship between different amounts of methane applica-tion and the nitrate contents in vegetables,probes the feasibility of using methane to control nitrate in vegetables and analyses the effect of such factors as different ways of fertilizer ap-plication on the accumulation of nitrate in vegetables because of the use of methane.It pro-vides theoretical basis for the use of methane in high quality and pollutionless vegetables.
