摘 要:针对我国现用航空救生试验假人存在的性能限制,按照模拟乘员与弹射救生装备的人机关联要求以及生理损伤评价的测试要求,提出航空仿真试验假人的适用性设计原则,通过人体特征参数的剪裁和假人结构的改进设计,以及配置功能和结构一体的多分量传感器及基于分布式结构的数据测试系统的研制,完成假人基本性能测试和弹射试验。结果表明:改进后假人的生物仿真性能和测试能力有了显著改善,可为我国弹射救生系统的性能评价提供参考。This paper describes an applicability design principle for aviation anthropomorphic test dummies to solve the performance limitations of current domestic aviation life-saving test dummies according to the conjunction enquiry of simulate aviators and ejection escape equipment as well as the test requirements of physical injury evaluation. Items for the physical features of the dummy body were tailored and structure improvement design as achieved; multi-component sensors of integrated function and structure and a data acquisition system based on distributed structure were configured; and basic dummy capability test and ejection experiment were accomplished. The results showed that the physical simulation performance and test capability of the modified dummy had significantly improved the performance evaluation method of domestic ejection escape systems.
