摘  要:目的观察加减地黄饮子对Aβ1-40脑内注射对大鼠脑组织Na+-K+-ATP酶的影响。方法以大鼠海马注射β淀粉样蛋白导致的老年性痴呆模型,并以正常老龄鼠为空白对照,西药脑复康为阳性对照,对加减地黄饮子预防组和加减地黄饮子治疗组从Na+-K+-ATP和Ca2+-ATP酶活性的影响进行了研究。结果加减地黄饮子具有提高三磷酸腺苷酶活性的作用。结论提高三磷酸腺苷酶活性的可能是加减地黄饮子防治老年性痴呆的机制之一,为补肾活血化痰开窍治疗老年性痴呆的观点提供了部分实验依据。Objective To investigate the effect of Modified Decoction of Rehmanniae on the Na+-K+-ATP and the Ca2 +-ATP enzyme activities in rat models of Alzheimer's disease( AD). Method Rat AD model was induced by sterotaxis injection of amyloid-β1-40 in bilateral hippocampus. The aging rats were used as the blank control and the models treated with piracetam were used as the positive control. The Na+-K+-ATP and the Ca2 +-ATP enzyme activities in brain were assayed by biochemical techniques. Result The Modified Decoction of Rehmanniae improved the activities of the Na+-K+-ATP esterase and the Ca2 +-ATP esterase. Conclusion The results suggest that the Modified Decoction of Rehmanniae improves the activities of the Na+-K+-ATP esterase and the Ca2 +-ATP esterase,and can be used as an effective drug for Alzheimer's disease.
