摘 要:大牛地气田纵向上发育七套气层,目前成熟的水平井压裂工艺技术仅能满足单层开发,如何在不改变现有工艺技术条件下,实现两层同时动用成为一个开发难点。通过数值模拟,对水平井人工裂缝穿层影响因素进行分析,明确了地质因素穿层界限;对施工参数进行优化,确定了一套适合穿层井的最优参数。现场试验表明:水平井压裂过程中人工裂缝能够实现有效穿层,达到了提高单井产量的同时也降低开发成本的目的。In Daniudi gas field,there developed 7 gas layers horizontally,but the mature horizontal fracturing technology at present can only be satisfied with single layer development.How to achieve two layers producing at the same time becomes the difficulty while keeping the present technology unchanged.Through numerical simulation,the influential factors analysis of artificial fracture traversing layers with horizontal wells has been carried out and the traversing limit of the geological factors have been made clear.Through optimization of construction parameters,the optimized parameters suitable for traversing layers of wells have been determined.Field test showed that during the fracturing process of horizontal wells,the artificial fractures can realize the traversing layers and achieve the purpose of improving single well production and reducing development cost.
