面瘫咀嚼剂结合针刺治疗面瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察“面瘫咀嚼剂”结合针刺治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法 :将 79例周围性面瘫患者随机分为 2组 ,分别使用“面瘫咀嚼剂”与“面瘫咀嚼剂”加针刺进行对比治疗。结果 :“面瘫咀嚼剂”加针刺组总有效率为 97.78% ,“面瘫咀嚼剂”组为 82 .35 % ,两组具有明显差异性 (Ρ <0 .0 5 )。结论 :咀嚼剂加针刺疗法集针刺、药物和功能康复锻炼为一体 ,标本、内外兼治 ,其疗效优于单一咀嚼用药方法。Objective: To observe the effect of Miantanchewing preparation combined with acupuncture in treatment peripheral facial paralysis.Method: 79 cases of patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into 2 groups, the controlled group was treated with Miantanchewing preparation,another with Miantanchewing preparations combined acupuncture.Result: The effective rate of treated group was 97.78%, that of the controlled group was 82.35%,there was obvious difference between 2 groups(P< 0.05)。Conclusion: The therapy of chewing preparations add acupuncture is gather acupuncture and medication and rehabilitation exercise for the integral whole,it can cardinal symptom and not cardinal symptom of treat disease at the same time, its effectiveness is better than single method of chewing preparations.
