摘 要:目的分析67例乳腺肿块超声图像表现并与病理结果对照评估肿块,探讨超声图像评分法对乳腺肿块良恶性程度的诊断价值。方法回顾分析2013年7月至2014年7月在陕西中医药大学附属医院检查的女性患者,根据67例乳腺肿块的二维超声表现、彩色多普勒血流等指标进行评分,与病理结果进行对比,统计分析超声图像评分法诊断乳腺肿块性质的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果经病理证实67例乳腺肿块恶性组40例,良性组27例,恶性组的综合评分高于良性组,差异有统计学意义。结论超声图像评分法可量化乳腺良恶性的诊断,提高超声诊断乳腺肿块的准确性。Objective Evaluate sonographic findings of 67 cases with breast lump and analyze their pathologi-cal results contrastly, and the diagnostic value on differentiation of benign and malignant breast lump by ultrasound scoring method was studied. Methods Retrospectively analyze the cases of 67 patients with breast lump in Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2013 to July 2014. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of breast lumps of ultrasound scoring method were calculated according to the 2D ul-trasound of breast lumps indices such as performance, color Doppler blood flow rate. Results It was confered by pathology that 40 cases were malignant, 27 cases were benign;the comprehensive score of malignant group was higher than the benign group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Ultrasound scoring method can quanti-fy the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lump and improve the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis of breast lumps.
