摘　　要：目的探讨超声对先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2000年8月至2015年8月本院97例先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄患儿的声像图,并随访患儿的临床诊治情况。结果所有患儿经手术或者上级医院检查均诊断为先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄。结论彩色多普勒超声可协助临床提高先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的准确性,且有助于进行鉴别诊断及远期随访。Objective To explore the ultrasonic diagnosis value for congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis. Methods Retrospectively analyze 97 cases of children with congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis from August 2000 to August 2015 in our hospital , and to follow the patients′ clinical diagnosis and treatment. Results All chil-dren after surgery or by the superior hospital were diagnozed congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can assist to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis, and it is helpful for the differential diagnosis and long-term follow-up.
