摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道联合经会阴超声在女性尿道周围囊肿检查中的应用价值。方法常规经阴道妇科检查中发现尿道周围囊肿31例,改用凸阵超声探头经会阴部检查,通过对囊肿的位置及内部回声的观察,比较二者的图像差异及优、缺点。结果经阴道超声和经会阴超声检查在女性尿道周围囊肿的诊断中,各有优势及缺陷。结论经阴道联合经会阴超声诊断女性尿道周围囊肿中有重要的应用价值。Objective To explore the value of transvaginal and transperineally ultrasound in the detecting of female paraurethral cyst. Methods Thirty-one cases with paraurethral cyst were detected by routine transvaginal ul-trasounic examination for gynecology and they were observed by transperineally ultrasound. Results Both of the two inspect methods had advantages and disadvantages in the detecting of female paraurethral cyst. Conclusion Combi-nation of transvaginal with transperineally ultrasound were valuable in the detecting of female paraurethral cyst.
