摘 要:目的为提高胎儿鼻唇部超声显示及唇腭裂诊断水平。方法对我院2010年6月至2015年6月期间7 801例胎儿超声检查(发现胎儿唇腭裂9例,漏诊3例,假阳性4例)进行分析、总结。结果胎儿鼻唇部超声显示,爱多种因素影响。对胎儿鼻唇部显示不满意者,采取改进扫查手法等多种方法可获得满意图像。结论通过规范化培训及序贯法扫查侈体位(多角度、多切面动态连续扫查)等方法,能提高胎儿唇腭裂的检出率及准确率。Objective To improve ultrasound diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate. Methods From June 2015 to June 2010 in our hospital, 7 801 cases of fetal ultrasound examination were analyzed and summarized, of which were 9 cases with fetal cleft lip and palate, 3 cases with missed diagnosis, and 4 cases with false positive. Results Image of fetal nose and lip by ultrasound were influenced by many factors. Most of the images of fetal cleft lip could be satisfied by the adoption of improved scanning technique and other methods. Conclusion It can improve the de-tection rate and accuracy rate of fetal cleft lip and palate by standardized training, and sequential method(more planes, more angles, more section dynamic continuous scanning).
