摘  要:随着油气勘探开发逐步面向深层、超深层、深水、高温高压高含硫及多压力层系等复杂地层,井漏问题异常严峻,严重迟滞了油气勘探开发进程。因此,开展钻井液漏失诊断研究,揭示钻井液漏失动态行为及其特征,对认识井漏和优化防漏堵漏技术有重要意义。建立了二维平面裂缝H-B流型钻井液漏失流动模型,揭示了钻井液漏失动态行为及其影响因素。研究结果表明,二维平面裂缝的纵横比、裂缝面积、延伸长度、裂缝变形及裂缝面倾角越大,钻井液漏失速率及累积漏失量则越大。钻井液稠度系数及动切力越大,钻井液漏失速率及累积漏失量则越小。利用高温高压钻井液漏失动态评价仪评价了0.5 mm和1mm缝宽的平面裂缝的钻井液漏失行为,与漏失模型模拟结果整体趋势吻合,误差小于25%,表明所建二维平面裂缝钻井液漏失流动模型具有一定的合理性。As the oil and gas exploration and development gradually shifts to complicated formations such as deep formation, super-deep formation, deepwater formation, high-temperature high-pressure & high-sulfur-content formation and multi-pressure formation, the problem of lost circulation becomes more and more serious, which greatly delays the progress of oil and gas exploration and development. Therefore, researching the diagnosis of leak-off of drilling fluid and revealing the dynamic behavior and characteristics of leak-off of drilling fluid are of great significance for understanding the lost circulation and optimizing the leakage prevention and sealing technologies. The flow model for leak-off of H-B flow pattern drilling fluid in 2-dimensional planar fracture has been established, and the dynamic behavior and affecting factors of leak-off of drilling fluid have been revealed. The research results indicate that, as the aspect ratio, area, extended length, deformation and surface inclination angle of 2-dimensional planar fracture increase, the leak-off rate and accumulative loss quantity of drilling fluid will increase. As the consistency factor and dynamic shearing force of drilling fluid increase, the leakage & loss rate and accumulative leakage quantity of drilling fluid will decrease. The dynamic evaluation instrument for leak-off of high-temperature & high-pressure drilling fluid has been used to test and evaluate the leak-off of drilling fluid in planar fracture of which the width is 0.5 mm and 1 mm respectively, and the result is consistent with the result simulated by leak-off model, with the error being less than 25%. This indicates that, the established flow model for leak-off of drilling fluid in 2-dimensional planar fracture is reasonable to a certain extent.
