摘 要:注水井最大井口注水压力主要与地层破裂压力、井深、沿程压力损失和水嘴压力损失有关,若井下注水压力超过地层破裂压力则会造成地层出现微裂缝,影响注水作业安全。在总结分析分层注水压力影响因素的基础上,确定了井口安全注水压力计算方法,并针对海上油田常用的4种注水管柱形式,开发了井口安全注水压力计算软件,该软件的推广应用对于指导海上注水作业、保障注水安全具有重要意义。The maximum water injection pressure at wellhead of water injector is mainly related to formation fracture pressure, well depth, pressure loss along the way and pressure loss at water nozzle. Where the down-hole water injection pressure exceeds the formation fracture pressure, then micro-fractures may occur in the formation, hence affecting the safety of water injection. Based on analysis of the factors affecting separate-layer water injection pressures, the calculation method was ifnalized for safe water injection pressure at wellhead. Also, a software for calculating safe water injection pressure at wellhead was developed for the four forms of water injection strings often used on offshore oilifelds. The promotion and application of this software is of great signiifcance in directing offshore water injection operation and guaranteeing the safety of water injection.
