摘　　要：肾病综合征常以蛋白尿待诊,须详辨证侯。脾阳不运,面黄浮肿、神倦、纳少、便溏,实脾饮;肾阳虚衰,面晄白,身倦怯寒,四肢欠温、夜尿频、浮肿甚、舌胖嫩,真武汤;肺卫气虚,面目浮肿,时因外感加重,玉屏风散合防己茯苓汤;精血匮竭,面色无华、发枯齿折、遍身浮肿、舌质嫩,质淡有齿痕,安肾丸;阴虚阳亢,久服西药激素,见面红、咽赤、舌质红、血压增高、脉弦数,养阴渗湿汤;湿热伤阴,久服激素药、面红、多汗、舌质红、苔黄厚而腻,养阴泻火汤;痰气互结,久服激素无效、面红而晦、舌质紫暗,化坚二陈汤;肾脏虚损,双肾萎缩、血压升高、少苔、脉沉细迟,一贯煎加地龙、水蛭、藏红花;西药副作用甚者,可中药减之,顽症可消痰软坚、散结等逆转病理改变后扶助正气、温补以善其后,巩固疗效。谨避风邪、防止外感,应及时控制,否则常可危及生命。Proteinuria in nephrotic syndrome often to be patient,to be detailed dialectical Hou.Spleen not shipped,yellow face edema,Shen Juan,pay less,loose stools,real spleen drink;Kidney failure,face Koushi white,body tired cowardly cold limbs due to temperature,nocturia,edema and even,tongue fat and tender,Zhen Wu Tang;lung Wei Qi,face edema,due to exogenous aggravated Yupingfengsan together fangchi Poria soup;essence and blood Kui dried up,looking minimalist,hair dry tooth fold,Bianshen edema,tongue and tender,light quality with scalloped An kidney pill;hyperactivity,long take hormone medicine,met red,red throat,red tongue,blood pressure,pulse a few strings,Yin dampness soup;heat Shangyin,long take hormone drugs,face red,multi-sweat,red tongue,yellow thick and greasy,Yin Xiehuo soup;phlegm each knot,Jiufu hormone invalid,face red and dark,dark purple tongue,of the Kennedy Erchen;kidney deficiency,renal atrophy,elevated blood pressure,less moss,pulse delay,Yiguanjian plus earthworm,leech,saffron;western medicine side effects worse,can reduce the traditional Chinese medicine,chronic disease may Phlegm Ruanjian,relieves congestion and other pathological changes reversed after support healthy,warming with good subsequently,consolidation effect.Would shelter evil,to prevent exogenous,should be promptly controlled,or often life-threatening.
