茵陈消胆汤联合西药治疗淤胆型慢性乙型肝炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察茵陈消胆汤联合西药治疗淤胆型慢性乙型肝炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组50例维生素C0.2g/次,2次/d;肝泰乐0.2g/次,3次/d;甘草酸二铵注射液150mg+5%葡萄糖注射液250mL,1次/d,静滴。治疗组50例茵陈消胆汤(茵陈60g,赤芍、金钱草各30g,泽泻、猪苓、茯苓、大黄、丹参各10g,柴胡15g),湿重加神曲、莱菔子、鸡内金各12g;腹胀加枳壳15g;里热甚伤阴加生地12g。1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、总胆红素、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效12例,有效28例,无效10例,总有效率80.00%。对照组显效8例,有效23例,无效19例,总有效率62.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]茵陈消胆汤联合西药治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝内淤胆方面效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]observe capillaris cholestyramine soup combined with western medicine treatment of chronic hepatitis B treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,100 cases of hospitalized patients according to treatment were randomly divided into two groups sequentially numbered.Control group,50 cases of vitamin C0.2g / time,2 times / d;Glucurolactone 0.2g / time,3 times / d;glycyrrhizic acid injection 150mg injection of 5% dextrose injection 250mL in a time / d,intravenous infusion.Treatment group 50 cases capillaris soup cholestyramine(Junchen 60g,Chishao,Jinqiancao each 30g,Zexie,Zhuling,Fuling,Dahuang,Danshen each 10g,Chaihu 15g);clinical disease subtraction,wet weight plus Shenqu,Laifuzi,Jineijin each 12g;bloating plus Zhike 15g;li very hot Shangyin plus Shengdi 12g.1 does / d,decoction 500mL,morning and evening twice orally.Western medicine with the control group.30d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,total bilirubin,adverse reactions.Treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group,12 cases markedly effective in 28 cases,ineffective in 10 cases,the total efficiency of 80.00%.Control group,8 cases were markedly effective in 23 cases,19 cases,total effective rate 62.00%.Treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).[Conclusion] capillaris soup cholestyramine combined western medicine treatment of chronic hepatitis B intrahepatic cholestasis effect is remarkable,should be popularized.
