八正散治疗泌尿系结石随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察八正散加减治疗泌尿系结石疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组50例消石素,250～300㎎/次,2次/d。治疗组50例八正散(车前子、山栀子仁、鸡内金、甘草炙、木通、各10g,川牛膝、瞿麦、扁蓄、海金沙、金钱草各15g,滑石12g)。虚实夹杂(黄芪、桃仁各15g,太子参10g);阴虚夹湿(生地和白茅根各15g,知母10g);下焦湿热(大黄面裹煨和枳实各10g),1剂/d,水煎500mL,3次/d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、结石、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组近期治愈37例,好转10例,无效3例,总有效率94.00%。对照组近期治愈27例,好转9例,无效12例,总有效率76.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]八正散加减治疗泌尿系结石方面效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]to observe the eight are scattered Decoction for the treatment of urinary calculi.[Methods]using randomized controlled Methods,100 patients were divided into two groups according to the draw.A control group of 50 cases uralyt,250 ～ 300 mg / time,2 times /d.50 cases in treatment group eight are scattered(Cheqianzi,Shanzhiziren,Jineijin,Gansaozhi,Mutong,each 10g,Chuanniuxi,Qumai,Bianxu,Haijinsha,Jinqiancao,15g,Huashi12g).The inclusion of the actual type(Huangshi,Taorenof 15g,10g Taizishen);Yin deficiency with damp type(Shengdi,Baimaogen15g,Zhimu10g);Jiao damp-heat(Dahuang,Zhishi10g);large yellow wrapped simmer,1 doses of /d,Decoction 500mL,3 /d.Continuous treatment for 10 days to 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,CT,B ultrasound,adverse reaction.Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]the treatment group 37 cases were cured,10 cases improved,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 94.00%.The control group 27 cases were cured,9 cases improved,12 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 76.00%.The efficacy of the treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]eight Decoction for the treatment of urinary calculi effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
