炙甘草汤联合美托乐尔治疗冠心病心律失常随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察炙甘草汤联合酒石酸美托乐尔治疗冠心病心律失常疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例美托乐尔12.5 mg～25 mg/次,2次/d。治疗组30例炙甘草汤(炙甘草、党参各15g,生地黄20g,阿胶、麦冬、火麻仁各10g,桂枝、生姜各6g,大枣6枚,)阿胶烊化冲服;1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心律失常(早搏)不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效12例,有效16例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组显效9例,有效13例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。心律失常两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]炙甘草汤联合美托乐尔治疗冠心病心律失常效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Zhigancao decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease associated arrhythmia.[Methods]According to the random number table method,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group,which consist of 30 patients,are treated with 12.5mg ～ 25mg of tartaric acid metaprolol per dose,2dose a day.Operate ontinuous treatment for 28d as 1 course.The treatment group,which consist of 30 patients,are treated with Zhigancao decoction(15g of Zhigancao、Dangshen,20g of Shengdihuang,10g of Ajiao、Maidong,Huomaren,6g of Guizhi、Ganjiang,6 Dazao),1 dose a day.Two groups use the same western medicine in the treatment.Observe patients with indicators of clinical symptoms,frequency of arrhythmias,12-lead ECG,dynamic ECG,adverse reaction.Operate 1 course of treatment to determine the efficacy.[Results]Treatment group of 12 cases were markedly effective,effective in 16 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate was 93.33%.13 cases of control group in 9 cases were markedly effective,effective,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 73.33%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Arrhythmias in the two groups were improved(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The efficacy of Zhigancao Decoction Combined with western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease associated arrhythmia is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
