半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎多中心随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用多中心随机平行对照研究方法,将82例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。HP阳性口服奥美拉唑镁、阿莫西林胶囊、克拉霉素片,连续治疗7d后分组治疗。对照组40例口服维酶素片,1.0g/次,3次/d;胃复春片,4片/次,3次/d,饭前30min服用。治疗组42例半夏泻心汤,活血化瘀理气,半夏、黄芩15g,黄连6g,大枣5枚,党参20g,玄胡、乌贼骨、白花蛇舌草30g,三七粉分冲10g,丹参20g,三棱、莪术15g,甘草6g。1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚温服。两组均连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃黏膜(胃镜及病理)、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效18例,无效4例,恶化0例,总有效率90.40%。对照组显效9例,有效13例,无效14例,恶化4例,总有效率55.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。胃镜及病理检查疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of BanxiaXiexin Decoctiontreatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).[Methods]Using multi-center randomized controlled study method,82 cases of outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.HP-positive oral omeprazole magnesium,amoxicillin,clarithromycin tablets,7d after continuous treatment group therapy.The control group,40 cases Vitacoenzyme Tablets,1.0g /once,3 times / day;WeifuchunTablets,4 tablets /once,3 times / day,30 minutes before taking.The treatment group 42 cases were treated with BanxiaXiexindecoction,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and regulating qi(Banxia,Huangqin 15g,Huanglian 6g,Dazao 5gold,Dangshen 20g,Xuanhu 30g,Wuzeigu 30g,Baihuasheshecao 30g,ShanqifenTake apart 10g,Danshen 20g,Sanleng 15g,Ezhu 15g,Gancao 6g),1 packs/day,water simmer in water 300mL,morning and evening oral.Continuous treatment for 1 month for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,gastric(endoscopy and pathology),adverse reactions.Continuous 3 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group 20 cases,effective in 18cases,4 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 90.40%.The control group 9 cases,effective in 13 cases,14 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 55%.The effect of the treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).The endoscopy,pathology results in treatment group were better than in control grou(p P <0.05).[Conclusion]BanxiaXiexin Decoction is quite effective for CAG,it is worthy of popularization and application.
