摘  要:在平板铸件中截取杆状试件进行变形实验,根据各种工艺条件下变形曲线均呈光滑平坦的抛物线形状的规律,提出了挠曲变形机制的二阶近似微分方程及其离散模型.结果表明,凝固进程中所形成的热弯矩M及铸件的抗弯刚度EJ是形成挠曲变形的主要原因.计算结果与实验结果一致,为预测铸件变形、优化铸造工艺提供了经济、有效的方法.Based on deformation experiments of beam sample cut from a plate casting, the relationship between varions effect factors and deformation was investigated, and the results show that warping curve is a smooth parabola. An approximate quadratic differential equation and its discrete model are proposed. The model indicates that the key factors leading to the deflection deformation are the thermal bending moment M and the flexural rigidity EJ formed in solidification process. The consistency between the numerical and experimental results proves the proposed method to be economical and effective to predict the casting deformation and finally optimize the foundry technology.
