摘　　要：马尾古镇在建立福州经济技术开发区后社会经济得到迅速的发展 ,发展的原因主要有三个 :一是马尾人民的辛勤劳动 ;二是国家的改革开放政策和各级政府的支持 ;三是外商的积极投资开发。Since the establishment of Fuzhou Economic & Technical Development Zone, the ancient town of Mawei has developed quickly. There are three main reasons for its development. First, the hard-working Mawei People; Second, the support from all-levels government; The third, the active investment of foreign investors.
