摘　　要：本文从多角度、多层面对普通高校图书馆在实现文献保障体系中所处的困境和所面临的障碍进行了深入的探讨 ,并对其运作中所遇到的主客观因素进行了深入的剖析。The article, in different ways, makes a thorough study on the difficulty of the realization of the documentary security system in college library,and has a profound analysis of the subject-object factors met in the course of its practice.
