摘　　要：如何将GPS与GIS技术相结合,来改善城市的道路交通状况是当前ITS研究中的重要组成部分,本文介绍了利用MapX控件开发车辆定位监控系统的基本原理和方法,并按此方法进行了北京市公交抢修车辆调度系统的开发,取得了良好的效果.It's an important part in current ITS research that how to optimize transportation by the integration of GPS and GIS. The basic principle to develop real-time vehicle location and monitoring system with MapX controller are introduced in this paper, and in this way, Beijing Pulic Transportation Corporation's vehicle control system has been well developed.
