摘　　要：本文从应急广播及其对终端要求的概念出发,对有线数字电视网传输应急广播的优势、基本方案、相关规范的应用,以及对原相关规范的修改建议和基于有线数字电视终端应急广播的实现机制进行了阐述,最后对"十二五"中后期有线数字电视应急广播的完善提出了自己的观点。This paper originate from the concept of emergency broadcast and it's requirement of terminal,elaborate on the Digital Cable TV Network Transmission Emergency Broadcast about it's advantage and basic solution and the application of relevant standards and the suggestion of revising original relevant standards and the realization mechanism of Cable Digital TV terminal based on emergency broadcast, and put forward their own point of view on the perfection of Cable Digital TV Broadcasting during 'the late 12 th Five-Year Plan'.
