摘　　要：文章综述了存储VBR视频带宽平滑的各种算法,比较了这些算法的各自特点,归纳、形式化了这些算法模型的更一般化表示。This paper summarizes all kinds of the bandwidth smoothing algorithms for prerecorded VBR video,compares the performances of these algorithms ,induces and formalizes these smoothing models,and gives the generalization description of them.
